• Once you click Submit Form, your information will be sent to Pastor Mitchell, Administrative Pastor and Tisha Boyd, Head Clerk. You will also received an emailed copy. Please resubmit or contact technology@rpcsda.org if you do not receive an email confirmation within minutes.
• You will receive an email within 48 hours indicating whether your event has been approved or denied, with confirmation of your requested room if applicable. If your meeting is at an offsite location, then it may need a longer approval time.
• Only events with completed forms will be given consideration for approval.
